The Annual Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Opportunity [HUD CoC NOFO] is ODFC’s chance to secure renewal funding for existing permanent housing programs, as well as securing bonus dollars for new housing projects and domestic violence programs via a national competition with other CoC’s.
