The Carol E. Walter Think, Be, Lead, Change award honors an individual for their leadership and impact in advancing solutions to solve homelessness. Jessica is such a leader - driving forward innovative solutions to improve the homelessness response system in Western CT for the last ten years with tenacity and care. Her collaborative approach with our 150+ partners in the homelessness sector has been vital to our work as a backbone organization.
