Waterbury Landlord Resource Fair

Hosted By

Calling all landlords in Waterbury, join us at our inaugural Landlord Resource Fair to engage with homeless response agencies and social service providers and learn about the resources, programs, rental subsidies, and services available to landlords in your area. This event is hosted by the Opening Doors Initiative, a program of the Housing Collective.

Landlords and property owners are a critical part of the housing ecosystem in Connecticut. You have a vested interest in supporting the housing stability of your renters, and you play a key role in efforts to solve homelessness. The Landlord Resource Fair is designed to be a one-stop-shop for local landlords to equip you with the knowledge and resources you need in order to create mutually beneficial relationships between you and your tenants.
