Linda Lentini, Breath-Body-Mind Foundation, Inc.

As a Certified Level-4 BBM instructor, I enjoy sharing these practices with others to empower individuals to heal from within. When I was introduced to these practices in 2018, I noticed a change in my internal well being and my overall feelings of safety. My past includes traumatic experiences and these practices allowed me to finally feel safe. After years of therapy and other forms of treatment, these practices give me the skills I need to live a full life.

Hilary has been a figure in Connecticut’s health and wellness scene for over a decade. After working within and being part of a number of beautiful healing communities over the years, Hilary knew it was time to create her own. Resonance is designed to be a space in which all people can find a sense of belonging, where all people can show up exactly as they are, and where all people can access tools that can be used to heal from and protect against the impacts of trauma and stress.
