Opening Doors To...

Opening Doors to Complex Cases

Hosted By

  • and 4 partners in our collective impact network

A multidisciplinary panel discussion will explore complex cases where medical conditions, mental health challenges, and substance use intersect to drive housing instability. Panelists will examine barriers to care, collaborative strategies, and how to access resources outside of the homeless response system that can better support individuals with high needs and decrease risks of homelessness.

This gathering is part of our ongoing Opening Doors To... event series, where the Opening Doors Fairfield County community comes together to share knowledge and resources on topics related to solving homelessness, including employment, health and wellness, aging, and more.
