Mental Health First Aid

This training, hosted in partnership with Wheeler Health, will help you build skills and confidence you need to recognize when someone is struggling with their mental health.

You will learn how to break down barriers around discussing mental health and find the right words to reach out to a person who is struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support, and discover ways to cultivate your own mental health resiliency, so you can continue showing up for those in need.
