If you don’t have a safe place to sleep or you’re about to lose your housing, our Housing Hubs can help. 

What are Housing Hubs?


You can come to a Housing Hub if you are:

  • Homeless right now, or
  • Will be homeless within the next 14 days

Housing Hubs can help you:

  • Explore potential housing and emergency shelter options. PLEASE NOTE: Shelter might not be immediately available.
  • Connect you with local food pantries and soup kitchens
  • Connect you with other local support services and agencies

Make an appointment at a Housing Hub:

Call one of the Housing Hub phone numbers listed in the directory below. You do not need an appointment during walk-in hours. Any language can be accommodated.

If you can’t reach a Housing Hub, or need help scheduling, call 2-1-1 (press 3, then 1) for assistance from 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, including holidays.
