If you don’t have a safe place to sleep or you’re about to lose your housing, our Housing Hubs can help.

What are Housing Hubs?

You can come to a Housing Hub if you are:

Homeless right now, or
Will be homeless within the next 14 days

Housing Hubs can help you:

Explore potential housing and emergency shelter options. PLEASE NOTE: Shelter might not be immediately available.
Connect you with local food pantries and soup kitchens
Connect you with other local support services and agencies

Make an Appointment

Call one of the Housing Hub phone numbers listed in the directory below. You do not need an appointment during walk-in hours. Any language can be accommodated. If you can’t reach a Housing Hub, or need help scheduling, call 2-1-1 (press 3, then 1) for assistance from 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, including holidays.
